AN IMPORTANT NOTE TO OUR CUSTOMERS REGARDING ORDER PROCESSING:
Due to new credit card regulations, the CVV code (the 3 numbers from the back of your credit card) will not be transmitted to our office with your order. In order for us to process your order, you will need to email the 3-digit CVV number to us at InsightQuestions@gmail.com. Please just email the 3 digit CVV code. It is not necessary to resend us your card number or expiration date. When we receive the code, we will be able to complete and ship your order. We apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciate your business. The charge for your order will appear as David Brown on your credit card/bank card statement.
Please also remember that due to high shipping costs, we only process orders totalling $20 or more before taxes and shipping. Please be sure that your order is at least $20. If you prefer, we can charge a small order processing fee of $5 for orders under $20. However we never assume that you want this fee, so if you have an order under $20 please specify in the email with your CVV code that you would like us to charge the small order handling fee. Will-call orders do not need to meet the $20 requirement. Thank you.
